Review application has been filed by petitioner for reconsideration of the basic order dated 14.09.2009 passed by this Commission. We have carefully gone through the record of the case including the review application and also our order dated 14.09.2009. In review, there cannot be reappraisal of the issue determined in the basic order as review is not an appeal in disguise. Accordingly, review application is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to cost. The deposit, if any, in cash or FDR should be dealt with accordingly in terms of the finding recorded in revision petition.
