The prayer made in the application is for release of the deposited amount.

         Heard learned counsel for the parties.

         In view of the settlement reached between the parties and that the respondent has no objection to the application being allowed and the amount deposited by the appellant-Bank being returned to it, we

allow the application and direct the Registry to refund the entire deposited amount by the petitioner-Bank alongwith accrued interest forthwith.

         The application stands disposed of.
