The Complainant is present alongwith the petition filed on 11.05.23 for withdrawing the case stating inter alia that the parties have decided to settle the dispute amicably between them. The petition dated 11.05.23 is duly signed by the Complainant with proper verification with signature of the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant. Since the Complainant does not want to proceed with the case further. So the petition deserves to be allowed.

Hence, It is

Ordered

That the Complainant, Majdur Rahaman is permitted to withdraw the case. Accordingly the complainant case No. CC/66/2022 be and the same is disposed of non prosecution on the basis of the amicable settle between the parties.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
