ORDER

                        Commission vide its order dated 15.07.2011 passed in FA No.174  of 2011 stayed the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of 50% of the total amount awarded in this case, with the concerned District Forum within 20 days, in addition to the amount already deposited at the time of filing the appeal.

                        The amount of Rs.12,500/- (bankers cheque No.011359 dated 02.08.2011) was submitted before this Forum on 04.08.2011 i.e. within 20 days afforded to the applicant-OP by the Hon’ble State Commission.  The said cheque be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record.  The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The application be tagged with the main file.
