1.       This revision petition has been filed under Section 58(1)(b) of the Act 2019 in challenge to an interlocutory Order dated 18.10.2021 of the State Commission in complaint no. 31 of 2021. 

2.       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she wishes to withdraw this revision petition and proposes to file an appeal under Section 51(1) of the Act 2019. She further requests that the period spent before this Commission in these revisional proceedings may not count towards limitation in filing appeal.   

3.       The revision petition diary no. 21607 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal under section 51(1) of the Act if so advised. The period spent before this Commission in these revisional proceedings shall not count towards limitation in filing appeal.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the revision petition within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
