          Present appeal was lying on sine-die list.  Notices were issued to both parties.  Notices issued to appellant Nos.1,3 and respondent Nos.1&2 are returned back.  Notice is duly served to appellant No.4, acknowledgement is on record.  Notice of appellant No.1-Mr.Maruti Rokade is returned back with endorsement “DL Intimation”.  Notice issued to appellant No.3 is returned back with endorsement “Left Address”.  Latest address of appellant No.3 is not available and it cannot be traced out by the Commission for want of means.  Report of notice taken out from India Post Website shows that notice is duly served to appellant No.2-Rajendra Samel.  Appellant No.2 failed to appear before this Commission in the old appeal.  It appears that appellants are not interested and diligent in contesting the appeal.  It is not desirable to prolong the appeal when appellants are absent.  Hence, the following order :-

                             -: ORDER :-

1.       Appeal stands dismissed for default.

2.       No orders as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
