EXTRACT OF ORDER

Dt.26.05.2015…         The complainant is present and filed a memo stating there in that, the OP.no.2 above has settled his claim outside the forum by replacing a same new brand mixer juicer instead of the defective one with utmost satisfaction of the complainant. Hence he prayed to not to press with the present case further. Submissions considered. As the case has already settled by both parties with satisfaction of the complainant the complaint lost its merit to proceed further. Hence we drop the case accordingly with an order as to no costs. Let the free copy be supplied to the parties concerned.
