This is an appeal filed under section 15 of C.P.Act,1986, praying this Commission to set aside the order dated 30.12.2014 in Consumer Complaint No.588/2010, on the file of The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, at Hyderabad, by allowing the appeal with costs in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.

          No representation for the Appellant even though the matter is posted under the caption of dismissal. On the previous date of hearing it is noticed that ever since the appeal was filed in the year 2015, there had been no representation for the Appellant.

          Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
