This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties with regard to online training program along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to cancel the registration and to refund the sum of Rs.28,000/- being the cost collected from the complainant towards online training program.
Today party in person/complainant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the complaint as the matter has been settled. Endorsement made to that effect. Hence complaint dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 12th day of February 2024.
