In spite of giving sufficient opportunity to the complainant to take steps to get a qualified engineer in the software field as an expert to inspect the manufacturing defect in the vehicle, the complainant is not present before the forum and has not taken steps. Notice has also been issued to her and the same was served upon the dismissal of the Revision petition filed by the OPPOSITE PARTY.  In view of this we are of the opinion that the complainant is not interest in further proceedings of the complaint to get an engineer in software as an expert to inspect the vehicle regarding its manufacturing defect. In view of the same this complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
