An application has been filed by the complainant against the OP alleging deficiency in service against the OP under section 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 as stated in the complaint petition.

 The case has been admitted on 04.10.2021 the complainant did not turn up before  the Dist. Commission since 18.04.2022 and an order has been issued against her to file show cause as to why the complaint shall not be dismissed.

 Despite given such direction complainant did not file any reply to the show cause as directed in vide order No: 05 dated 18.04.2022 and accordingly an order has been passed being  order no. 07dtd. 16.06.2022 by which the instant complaint has been dismissed for default.

 Let the said order be considered as part of this final order.

 Accordingly, the instant consumer complaint, being CC 81 of 2021 is dismissed for default.
