In the instant case, Heard the complainant on 08.08.2017. After going through the record it is found that the complainant had availed loan for business purpose. Further, the complainant had moved the Hon’ble High Curt of Odisha in W.P. ( c) 3230 of 2017, wherein the Hon’ble High Court of Odisha, Cuttack has directed to the complainant to approach the Debt. Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack for appropriate relief.

                  In view of the forgoing discussion and order of the Hon’ble High court of Odisha, Cuttack, the complaint petition filed by the complainant stands rejected as consumer Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain in complaint concerning loan matter.
