The instant RA relates to the typographical error mentioned in the 2nd line of 3rd page of order dated 13.10.2020 in A/249/2016.

Perused the order dated 13.10.2020, which speaks of Rs.3,32,500/- as well as order dated 08.02.2016 in CC/337/2015 of DCDRC Kolkata—II (Central) wherein the amount mentioned as Rs. 2,25,000/-.

Admittedly this is an inadvertent error/typographical mistakes. Accordingly the same is rectified.

Hence,

Ordered

That the RA/7/2021 is allowed. The amount “Rs.3,32,500/-“ as mentioned in 2nd line of 3rd page of order dated 13.10.2020 be read as “Rs.2,13,750/-(after deduction of 5% of Rs. 2,25,000/-)”. The other portion of the order be remained intact.
