None is present for the petitioners even though the matter was listed for admission hearing for today. Shri Prakash Ranjan, son of the respondent is present in person representing his father. This is an old petition pertaining to the year 2006 and has not been admitted as yet. On 26.05.2010 when the matter was taken up for consideration and learned counsel for the petitioner was also present, it was directed to list the matter for admission hearing for today but none is present for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners do not wish to pursue their petition further. The same, therefore, stands dismissed for default and for want of prosecution. Stay, if any, shall stand vacated forthwith.
