The Ld. Agent for the D/hr submits that the D/hr has already given requisite information in the portal created by Mr. Agarwal as per direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in Special Leave Petition to appeal (CRL No.5978 – 5978 of 2017) passed on 30/10/2017.

Heard the submission of the Ld. Agent.

We have gone through the decision passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court where in it is held that “if any proceeding is pending against the Petitioners (Subhash Chandra & Another) and the Company, that may continue and the Final Order be passed, but no coercive steps will be taken for executing the said orders”.

The Ld. Agent for the D/hr has prayed for dismissal of the Execution Application with liberty to file Execution Application afresh for executing the order passed by the Forum if the J/dr do not comply the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Considered.

The Execution Application is thus disposed of with liberty to file afresh for execution of the order passed by this Forum if the J/dr fail to comply the direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
