Neither party takes any steps.

Specially the Complainant has not taken any steps who is the master of the case to proceed with and the complainant has the duty to be present in day to day hearing.

It transpires from the Written Version submitted by the O.P. that a Money Suit No. being 12 of 2016, filed by the O.P. is pending before the Ld. Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Bankura over the same issue. Without taking note of the above referred Suit the Commission finds that the Complainant is not interested in this case.

                                                        Hence it is ordered……..                  

That the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Both parties be supplied copy of the order free of cost.
