An application has been filed by the complainant against the OPs alleging deficiency in service under section 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 as stated in the complaint petition.

The case has been admitted on 03.05.2018. But the complainant did not turn up before the Dist. Commission since 17.06.2022 and an order has been issued against him to file show cause as to why the necessary order shall not passed .

Despite given such direction complainant did not file any reply to the show cause as directed in vide order No: 22 dated 05.08.2022 and accordingly an order has been passed being order No. 23 dated. 30.08.2022 by which the instant complaint has been dismissed for default.

Let the said order be considered as part of this final order.

Accordingly, the instant consumer complaint, being CC- 65 of 2018 is dismissed for default.
