Today the instant case is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant i.d dismissed.

 Complainant is absent without any steps.

 No show cause has been filed by the complainant.

 It is seen from the case record that the instant case was admitted on 23.07.19.

 It is further seen from the case record that since 25.09.2022 the complainant remained absent and no step has been taken by the complainant therefore, this Commission issued a direction upon the complainant to file show cause as to why the necessary order shall not be passed against him.

 No reply has been filed by the complainant till date.

Much time has been lapsed and the Commission waited for reply of the show cause but the complainant remained absent and did not appear before the Dist. Commission to file reply to the show cause.

Therefore, at this stage we have no option but to dismiss the case for default.

Hence,

Ordered

 that the instant consumer complaint case being No:- CC/ 225/2019 is dismissed for default but  without any order as to costs.
