              The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.6.9 lakhs towards the return of the advance money paid by the complainant along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from 02.08.2016 and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony, hardship and damages due to deficiency in service  and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of this proceedings.
Complainant not present inspite of sufficient opportunities.  No purpose in keeping the complaint on file.  Complaint dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
This order has pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 30th June 2022.
