ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties. Parties have submitted compromise which contains following terms:- . That the parties have settled the matter, subject matter of the complaint and allotment of plot No.235 in Sector No.109, Mohali, Punjab. 2. That appellants, without prejudice to its rights and contention in the matter, have agreed to pay the following amounts to the respondents, within a period of 3 months from today: i) Rs.39,77,032/- with interest @ 10% p.a. from respective date till payment. ii) Rs. 1 Lac. iii) Rs.50/- per sq. yds. per month from 4.7.2010 till payment. iv) Cost of Rs.10,000/-." 3. The parties agree that upon payment of above-said amounts, the order dated 11.01.2012 shall stand satisfied. 4. The parties also agree that the appellants will withdraw the amounts deposited by the appellants before State Commission on 23.7.2012. 5. The appellant has made the offer as gesture of goodwill and will not be cited as precedent. In the light of compromise arrived at between the parties, the matter is disposed of and order of State Commission dated 11.01.2012 is modified to this extent. Consequently, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties. Parties are directed to abide with the terms and conditions agreed to. Both the parties are allowed to take copy of the order dasti from the Registry.
