Aforesaid Complainant filed this case against the aforesaid O.Ps praying for direction to refund Rs. 47,800/-, compensation amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/-, cost of the case amounting to Rs. 25,000/- and other reliefs i.e. total claim amount is Rs. 2,47,800/-.
Mr. Prabir Kumar Basu, father of the Complainant is present and he is representing the Complainant.
None appears on behalf of the O.Ps.
Case is placed before this UPOBHOKTA LOK ADALAT.
Case is taken up for discussion.
After thorough discussion it is settled that Complainant will relinquish the entire claim.
Complainant submits that in this situation he will not proceed this case. He files a petition executed by Complainant praying for withdrawal of the case.
It is further settled that Complainant will not claim any amount of compensation and cost of the case relating to this case against the O.Ps.
Hence it is,
ORDERED
That the dispute is settled. Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case as per the petition for withdrawal of the case executed by the Complainant.
Case is settled with the above terms and conditions.
Returned the case record to the Commission.
