                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

30.08.2022:               The complainant is the proprietor of M/s Shree Krishna Enterprises which is located at Beherapat, Po- Ekatali, District-Jharsuguda. The complainant deals with mechanical, electrical, fabrication, material suppliers and labour suppliers.  It is admitted by the complainant in his affidavit that his occupation is business. Now where the complainant has mentioned that this business is his livelihood to maintain.  As per section-2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act,2019 the complainant is not coming within the definition of the term ”consumer”. The case is taken up as preliminary issue and hereby dismissed.
