(1)     Counsel for the complainant files an application praying to withdraw the complaint with liberty to take necessary proceedings before the appropriate court.  Counsel for the opponent has no objection for withdrawal of the complaint subject to costs.  The prayer by the complainant for withdrawing the complaint with liberty to take necessary proceedings before appropriate court cannot be granted as we are not empowered to grant liberty.  We simply allow the application for simplicity withdrawal of the complaint for which the complainant agrees.  The complaint is disposed off as withdrawn.  No order as to costs.
