          We heard Mr.Satish Kumbhar, Advocate for the applicant/petitioner and non-applicant/respondent present in person.

          There is delay of more than one year in filing Revision Petition challenging one line order i.e. to proceed without written version since it is not filed despite the time granted.  Delay is monumental one and this Revision Petition is filed just to protract the litigation.  One should not forget that consumer complaint has to be decided within 90 days and the applicant/petitioner is asking for condonation of about more than one year delay without calculating it.  In any view of the matter, Revision Petition as filed is absolutely barred by limitation and without any just and sufficient cause, we cannot allow the condonation of delay application.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.                 Misc. Appl.No.544/2011 for condonation of delay stands rejected.

2.                 Consequently, Revision Petition No.121/2011 does not survive for consideration.

3.                 Parties to bear their own costs.

4.                 Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
