When I expressed that Rs.25,00,000/- claimed for mental stress etc. is excessive, Mr. Dwarika Prasad learned counsel appearing for the complainant sought permission to withdraw this complaint for filing a fresh case before appropriate District Consumer Forum.

            He is permitted to do so.
