This is an application for restoration of the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. Heard. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the restoration application is allowed subject to payment of cost. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the application for restoration is allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/-. Cost be paid to the respondent Company by way of demand draft within four weeks. Stand over to 27th March 2014 for admission hearing.
