SRI. P.V. JAYARAJAN, PRESIDENT:

This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986.  Complainant filed this complaint with allegation of deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party, in respect of purchase of a Motorola mobile phone from the opposite party.

This case now stands posted to 08.04.2021 for further proceedings.  On 05.03.2021 the complainant filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out of court.  Hence this commission suo moto advanced this case from 08.04.2021 to this date for consideration.

On 05.03.2021 the complainant filed a memo stating that she has received Rs.12,999/-(Rupees Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine) being the value of the Motorola phone which she has purchased from the opposite party.  It is further stated that the said amount has been transferred by the opposite party to the complainant’s bank account and the complainant acknowledges the same.  The complainant further submitted that she is not willing to further proceed with the complaint as the dispute between the complainant and the opposite party amicably settled out of court.

In the result the complaint is disposed off as settled.  No order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
