As per order of this Commission complainant is absent without any step and does not file show cause as per order no. 24 dt. 16.03.2021.

It appears from the record that most of the occasion i.e. on 10.12.2020, 08.10.2020, 26.08.2020 and thereafter 22.04.2021, 17.06.2021, 22.07.2021 and today complainant remain absent without any step.

Considering the conduct of the complainant in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed with the case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the complainant case be and the same is dismissed on the ground of default.
