ORDER

     Vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1 received through petition box.

     Offer has been given by counsel for OP No.1 that OP No.1 is ready to replace the mobile handset in question with new one towards full and final settlement of this complaint, which is acceptable to the counsel for complainant. OP No.1 is directed to give new mobile handset to the complainant, against his old handset, with warranty of one year within a period of 30 days from today i.e. 07.12.2021. The complainant shall return the old handset in question to OP No.1 at the time of receiving the new mobile handset. It is made clear that in case the new mobile handset is not given to the complainant by the OP No.1 within the stipulated period, then OP No.1 shall pay Rs.5000/- as costs to the complainant in addition to the replacement of mobile handset. This complaint is disposed of accordingly.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
