Both complainant and O.P present. Both submitted that they have amicably settled the matter. In pursuance of the settlement O.P deliver the new set of product of high end model and the complainant acknowledges the receipt of the said product.  Further complainant submitted that he has no grievances or any claims against the O.P. and hence prayed to dismiss the complaint as not pressed.
