Shri R.K. Bhargava, counsel for appellants.

Heard on I.A.-2, an application filed by the appellant seeking withdrawal of the appeal.

Counsel for appellant submits that the appellants have complied the order dated 12.2.2015 passed by the District Forum.  They have paid the full amount awarded to the respondent with interest.  Therefore, there remains nothing for the appellants to pursue this case and they seek withdrawal of the same.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for appellant, the application is allowed and the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
