Today is fixed for admission hearing. Complainant side is found present. In course of hearing it is revealed that there is defect in the complaint petition. At this stage, the complainant side “not-pressed” the complaint petition.

As the complaint petition is “not-pressed”, this case is not admitted and it is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file the case afresh after curing defects.
