                    Today the case was fixed for recording evidence of complainant, but again none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Record reveals that the complaint pertains to the year, 2017 and complainant has already availed eight opportunities to conclude the evidence, but failed to do so, despite the fact that last opportunity was afforded on the previous date of hearing. Moreover, Costs of Rs.5,000/- has also been imposed upon the complainant, which is also not paid till today. It appears that complainant is not keen to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
