          Shri B.D. Bhatia, counsel for the appellants, assisted by Shri Pankaj Deswal, SDO has urged that tubewell connection as ordered by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Yamuna Nagar has already been released in the name of Mohan Singh-complainant and as such, this appeal be dismissed as infructuous.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.1025/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
