Complainant is absent. No steps taken on his behalf. On perusal of record it is seen that the complainant is unable to provide the correct address of the OPs. He the absence of proper address it is not possible to service the notice and the case can’t be allowed to continue for indefinite period due to the negligence of the complainant. Even through last chance was affered he could not comply with the orders and as such the case is closed.
