     2.       Maruti Suzuki India Limited, 1, Nelson Mondela Road, Vasant Kunj, New    Delhi-110070 Manufacturers of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, through its Managing Director/Chairman.

          Today, the case was fixed for arguments, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last two dates of hearing i.e. 20.09.2024 and 26.09.2024, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
