The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Both parties are present physically.

Upon discussion and intervention of both parties the case is amicably settled whereby the O.P. represented by Sri Subhojit Gorai has paid Rs.3,000/- in cash to the complainant on proper receipt as full and final settlement of the claim.

The complainant has no further grievance against the O.P.

Hence, ordered ………

That the case is disposed of on settlement as above. The case record be sent to the regular bench of DCDRC, Bankura.
