The Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that due to technical defects, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and he be allowed to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action. Original documents be returned to him. His statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.                In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant be returned original documents on deposit of photostat of the same. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
