The Opposite Party No. 1 and Opposite Party No. 3 are jointly and severally directed to pay the amount of Rs. 20,900/- alongwith interest @ 9% to the Complainant within thirty days from date of order and upon payment the Complainant to hand over to OP1defective mobile set along with all the accessories purchased from OP1. OP1 & 3 jointly and severally are directed to pay compensation of Rs. 10,000/- and cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the Complainant.
