Having regard to the nature of the order dated 13.2.2014 impugned in this Revision Petition, as also the quantum of the costs imposed, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our revisional jurisdiction. 

In so far as the prayer of the learned counsel that the petitioner may be permitted to deposit the costs in the Consumer Legal Aid Account, instead of paying the same to the complainant, we permit the petitioner to seek appropriate orders on that aspect from the State Commission.

The Revision Petition is dismissed.
