Heard learned counsel for the parties.

          It was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had offered to pay a sum of Rs.3,05,569/- lying deposited with District Forum where it was deposited vide Demand Draft dated 30^th July, 2010.    The Authorized representative of the respondent stated that the interest accrued on the said amount should also be given to them.  Learned counsel for the petitioner stated, on instructions, that they had no objection to the payment of amount lying deposited with the District Forum along with accrued interest to the respondent.

          This revision petition is, therefore disposed of with the direction that the amount deposited with the District Forum along with accrued interest shall be paid to the respondent. Accordingly, the application shall be made by the respondent before District Forum, which shall release the same after following due procedure.
