ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     Counsels for the parties put in appearance through video conferencing before the National Lok Adalat today held in this Commission and the counsel for the complainant stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. E-mail for withdrawal of the complaint received from the counsel for complainant. E-mail also received from counsel for OP that he has no objection if counsel for complainant withdraws the present case as per his statement made before the Lok Adalat. In view of the request made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
