Sh. Pawan Kumar, Advocate counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that due to some technical flaw he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical flaw.

In view of the statement suffered by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical flaw.

The extra sets alongwith documents are ordered to be returned to the complainant against proper receipt.
