The present complaint was received through E-Dakhil. The Complainant appeared on 22.3.2023 for preliminary hearing, but on the request of Complainant, case was adjourned to 28.3.2023 for Preliminary hearing. But on 28.3.2023 and today, i.e. on 29.3.2023 also, neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present. The case has been called number of times since morning . It is 4.30 P.M. Case again called, but none is present. It seems that Complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of and File be consigned to the record room.
