Present:     None for complainant.

                Today, the case is fixed for the evidence of the complainant. No documentary evidence on behalf of complainant is present. From perusal of order sheets, it is clear that complainant has already availed nine opportunity, including last opportunity, as well as imposing penalty of Rs. 100/-, Rs. 200/- and 400/-, as cost, to conclude his evidence. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 12:30 PM. Now, the case be again called after lunch.

It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint further thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint if so desired. Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
