1.       This appeal has been filed under section 73(1) of the Act 2019 in challenge to the Order dated 12.10.2022 of the State Commission passed under section 71 in execution application no. 63 of 2022 in c.c. no. 536 of 2018.

2.       During the course of arguments on maintainability of the appeal, learned counsel for the appellant submits that it wishes to withdraw its appeal unconditionally.

3.       In the wake of the above submission, the instant appeal (execution) no. 178 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
