The D/hr files a petition stating inter-alia that the J/dr has already paid the decreetal amount to the tune of Rs.90,306/- alongwith 6% interest on 02.02.2024 in the account of the D/hr, Sri Bimal Chandra Barman through NEFT vide Reference No. CMS / NEFT Bimal Chandra Barman / 000357825503 / PNUB dt. 02.02.2024.

The D/hr is also files his self attested Aadhar Card and his identity is identified by the Ld. Advocate.

Heard the submission and considered.

Parties have settled the dispute amicably and the D/hr received Rs.90,306/- from the J/dr with full and final satisfaction.

Accordingly the execution case is disposed of.

Hence, it is

Ordered

            That the Execution Case No. EA/45/2023 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
