Complainant is present and Ld. Advocate for the o.p. is also present.

Today fixed for hearing of MA Application. In that application complainant is stated that the Advocate on record Mr. Sujit Moitra is very sick and he is unable to attend Court for a long period as result on the date of hearing he was absent. As such, the liberty of filing affidavit in chief of the complainant is closed.

Considering that situation this MA Application has filed.

Considering the submission as well as Ld. Advocate for o.p. submits that she has no objection, if Ld. Court/Forum allow MA application with cost for the proper adjudication of this case.

Considering the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the o.p. MA application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.200/-.

Liberty given to the complainant of filing affidavit in chief positively by 06/04/2021.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant paid cost of Rs.200/- to o.p. no.2 and file money receipt in that respect.

Fix 06/04/2021 for filing affidavit in chief by the complainant and this case proceed ex parte against the o.p. no.1.

The MA application is disposed of.
