16.3.2018 Present: Counsel for complainant.

Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to some technical defect he withdraw the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action and all the documents may kindly be returned. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he desires so. The Superintendent of this Forum is directed to return all the documents to the complainant or his counsel including photocopies against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
