ORDER

Order dt.25/08/2005 The complaint is partly allowed. The O.Ps are directed to make medical reimbursement for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant with 12% interest from the date when he became eligible fro the same and to pay the damages of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant for he being put to mental agony and stress and financial loss for all these days and Rs.1,000/- towards the cost of this proceedings with in three months from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
